在Windows下編譯OpenSSL 0.9.8e
1. 安裝 ActivePerl。
2. 開啟 VS2005 下的 Visual Studio 2005 Command Prompt。
3. 下載並解壓縮 openssl-0.9.8e.tar.gz，進入 openssl-0.9.8e 目錄中。
4. 執行 ms\32all.bat。
